Is lemon a fruit or a vegetable?
By lemon we generally associate with the excellent aroma it has; nothing else can be a substitute! Almost available yeararound and can be purchased from a vegetable store. Lemon has got a great health benefits known for generations. Let me share a few of them.

Lemon not only helps to strengthen immunity system it also is a blood purifier. It contains nourishing elements like vitamin B, vitamin C, proteins, carbohydrates and the composite flavonoid which has anti-oxidant and anti cancer properties. Study says lemon provides us guard against arthritis. The benefits of lemon include treatment of indigestion, constipation, throat infections, respiratory disorder, fever, cholera, internal bleeding, kidney stone, high blood pressure and many more. Ok! Is that a little bit too much to grab as once?

I appreciate it for the beautifying properties like hair care, skin care, overweight etc.

Lemon juice mixed with lukewarm water and honey can help in losing weight and brings glow to your skin.

Problems like hair fall and dandruff can be treated by applying lemon juice. It also gives a natural shine to your hair.
