Hot vegetable soup is the great way to take a break from frequent tea/coffee. Specially in winter when our body utterly needs something to beat the cold! I love almost all sort of veg-soups, but one that has beautiful flavour is radish soup. We take radish in salad but try this tasty recipe too!
It’s not just easy but requires very few ingredients, available straight at your kitchen. So let me tell you what you need as I describe the method!
Cut 2 fresh long white radishes into thin slices & boil properly. Add a bowl of chopped tomatoes, one tbsp of mustard paste, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Roughly smash 2 garlic cloves with one green chilli and mix into it. Let it boil for 2 mins after mixing all. Garnish with coriander leaves & a pinch of black pepper powder on the top.
