5 Juice Recipes That Keep Your Summer Cool!





Summer is all about enjoying vacations with family, having fun, trying out new food and drinks at different places. But in the midst of all these don't forget to keep yourself properly hydrated to feel energetic all the time. So that not to make compromise with the quality time that you have long been waiting. It's not just to take bath for hours or washing your face every now and then. You can also stay cool with some brilliant juice recipes. These can be quickly prepared at home, and that's too with easily available ingredients.

So here goes the best summer drinks that must be part of your summer fun list: they are healthy, beautiful to look at and amazingly delicious!

Mouthwatering Peach-Ginger Iced Tea (pic: the above one)

Blend 6 canned peaches (cut) with 1 & 1/2 cups of juice of the same
Pour it into a pitcher and add 1/3 cup caster sugar
Add 1 tablespoon grated ginger with this
Add ice cubes and 6 cups of cold English breakfast tea. It’s ready!

      Kiwi Cooling Mantra


Make a purée with 7 peeled kiwis
Add half cup sugar, juice of 2 limes and 1 cup of water
Strain it and serve with few pieces of ice

Raspberry Creamy Delight


Add 1/4 cup of raspberry purée with 1 cup milk to make raspberry milk
Take 1 tablespoon jam in a glass
Pour raspberry milk and seltzer on top of it
Stir and serve cool!


      White Grapes Spritzer


Mix well equal amount of white grape juice and lemon-lime soda
Take few seeds of pomegranate in a glass
Add ice cubes and pour the spritzer to serve.

     The Berry Daiquiri


Use raspberries (200grams), strawberries (175grams) or a mix (100 grams strawberries & 100 grams raspberries)
Blend all of them to a purée and run through a sieve
Just put 3-4 small ice cubes in a powerful blender and crush
Add the pulp, half lime juice and 100ml of rum
Whizz again and pour into a pretty cocktail glass
Make it more tempting with a piece of lime on the rim!
